One of the workers named Zachary had an attitude during my visit to Sbarro. So much attitude for a simple to go box for my pizza. He rolled his eyes for nothing. The lady with very short hair was so sweet and nice. Go with her instead of Zachary and this other female working on 7/21 at 1 PM.

I asked Sbarro, can you Spare-o some Lasagne?
Nope.
So I paid for it.
Literally.
Gained several pounds.
Ugh.
Located in the high-rise Mall in Chicago - Shops At North Bridge - they should really know better than putting such bland Italian food here in such a fancy little downtown mall. Not a fan.
It was actually the first meal I ever ate in America - but that was a long time ago. This is one of the worst locations I've been to actually. Way worse than the one I recently ate at, up in Mini Apples in Mini Soda.
They also warmed up the wrong slice for my girlfriend. Most of our food ended up being fed to the birds. As was expected.
Not sure why we thought this would be the best thing in the North Bridge Mall, we actually enjoyed the fake Szechuan, the iffy Middle Eastern, and the bubble tea more than this stuff. And the salad I got the other time I came here too. Service wasn't amazing either. In fact they have attitudes here. -

Shitty attitudes, shitty mall pizza, shitty pricing for what amounts to barely-above-concession-stand food. Two breadsticks for nearly $3? $8.99 for two wimpy slices? Horrible. This isn't even a real Sbarros. Nothing other than one type of pizza.

Exceptionally rude staff. There was some people waiting for their food with an employee boxing their pizzas at the beginning of the bar, and and two separate cashiers standing at the end not doing anything or helping anyone. I asked one of them if I could get a Diet Coke real fast. The guy I addressed didn't respond, and the other female cashier said "you mean, like buy one?" To which I said yes. Then she rolled her eyes and told me I'd have to get in line behind the other people, again, who were not ready to pay. I said never mind and sat back down in the food court. It was another few minutes before even one of the two cashiers had to ring anyone. Not a good experience and clearly won't be going back.

I just got two slices from this place and they messed up my order I had to vegan pizzas when I asked for a slice of cheese and a sausage and I called back and they said to come when you want pick up the pizzas that got messed up and when I came back they said they don't remember that and that there's no proof and when I show my phone that had the receipt on it it said that it was a fake receipt and they called me a scam artist all that for a $10 piece of pizza it's not worth it save your money and go to somewhere else
